We are pleased to announce the signing of a future One&Only resort and Private Homes in Hyde Park, New York, developed in partnership with Nolan Reynolds International. Opening in 2028, this will be our second destination in the United States—set in the heart of the Hudson Valley, a region celebrated for its natural beauty, culinary heritage, and cultural depth. Neighbouring the renowned The Culinary Institute of America, the resort will reflect the essence of the region, blending small-town charm with elevated living and immersive experiences rooted in wellbeing and connection to place.
